Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Operations Manager located in Bengaluru. The Event Operations Manager will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly. Responsibilities include managing logistics, overseeing budgets, coordinating with vendors, ensuring high-quality customer service, and addressing client needs. The role also involves working cross-functionally with marketing and production teams to align event strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations Management and Budgeting to ensure seamless event execution within allocated resources

• Strong capabilities in Event Planning and a detailed understanding of event logistics and coordination

• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members

• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of the Bengaluru events market and local vendors is an added advantage

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for event execution

• Organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
