Senior Event Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Senior Event Manager to lead end-to-end event planning, coordination, and execution. You’ll be responsible for translating client visions into seamless, memorable experiences — managing everything from design and logistics to vendor coordination and on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute events from concept to completion — including weddings, private celebrations, and corporate gatherings.

• Liaise with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and budget.

• Develop event proposals, layouts, timelines, and checklists.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for décor, catering, production, and hospitality.

• Supervise event setup, rehearsals, and on-site management to ensure flawless execution.

• Oversee budgets, negotiate costs, and ensure timely vendor payments.

• Manage client expectations and provide creative solutions to challenges during planning or execution.

• Conduct post-event reviews to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in event management or related roles.

• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

• Creativity with a keen eye for design and detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and travel as required.
