We’re looking for an experienced Business Growth Executive who can take charge of business growth in the corporate segment and help us build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Role Overview
As a BGE – Corporate Events, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, pitching event solutions, and driving revenue for the corporate division. You’ll work closely with the strategy, creative, and operations teams to deliver high-impact proposals and ensure successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads across corporate sectors (FMCG, IT, Pharma, BFSI, etc.)
Connect with decision-makers (HR, Marketing, Admin) and build strong client relationships
Do outreach via calls, emails, Linked
In, and fix client meetings
Understand client needs and pitch customized event solutions
Work with internal teams to create proposals, decks, and budgets
Lead client presentations, negotiate, and close deals
Achieve monthly targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking meets
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / lead generation (events/MICE preferred)
Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Confident in client handling and closing deals
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and proposals
