Role Overview

Funville is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead front-end

operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role is heavily oriented

toward client handling, revenue generation, and on-ground execution of events and parties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Management (60–70%)

 Handle end-to-end customer engagement from inquiry to party execution

 Manage phone support and convert leads into confirmed bookings

 Coordinate with clients for party planning, menus, and event requirements

 Ensure seamless on-premise delivery of events and parties

 Drive repeat business and customer referrals

 Upsell packages, add-ons, and F&B offerings

2. Operations Management (30–40%)

 Oversee daily restaurant and event operations

 Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and event teams

 Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards

 Handle floor management during peak hours and events

 Monitor hygiene, safety, and compliance standards

3. Team Handling

 Supervise and guide service staff for efficient operations

 Ensure staff grooming, training, and discipline

 Coordinate with internal teams for event execution

Candidate Profile

 Background in F&B, restaurants, banquet operations, or event companies

 Preferred experience from 3-star / 4-star hotels, family entertainment centers, or

casual dining chains

 Experience in brands like gaming zones, party venues, or experiential dining setups is a

plus

 Strong communication and customer-handling skills

 Sales-driven mindset with a focus on conversions and revenue

 Hands-on approach to operations and event execution

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
