RFP ANALYST
In
Event is looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven RFP Analyst to help us identify, pursue, and win high-value opportunities through compelling proposals. The role sits at the intersection of research, writing, and revenue generation. You’ll be responsible for sourcing relevant RFPs, crafting tailored responses, and collaborating with internal teams to convert RFP opportunities into demos and new business.
Responsibilities
Identify and source relevant RFP opportunities from multiple channels and assess their alignment with company strategy
Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals in collaboration with internal teams
Customize proposals to address client needs, industry context, and specific evaluation criteria
Conduct structured follow-ups with clients and coordinate demo scheduling and engagement activities
Maintain RFP documentation, improve proposal templates, and contribute to continuous process enhancements
PRE-REQUISITES
Minimum of 2 years experience working on RFPs.
Strong proposal writing and communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
Analytical and research skills to evaluate RFP requirements, eligibility, and competitive positioning
Effective project management skills to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently
Good understanding of business strategy, products/services, and target markets
Proficiency in CRM systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools

CONTRACT: This is a Permanent, Full-time position (40h per week), with an Independent Contractor status.
