We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Event Manager to join the dynamic team at San Jose Municipal Golf Course. This role revolves around the strategic planning, coordination, and seamless execution of events hosted primarily at our popular driving range and associated facilities. As the Event Manager, your key responsibilities will involve coordinating a diverse portfolio of events including public, corporate, and private functions, where you will work to enhance the guest experience and promote community engagement. You will collaborate closely with clients to tailor events to their objectives and expectations, ensuring all logistics from setup to breakdown are meticulously handled. This position also involves coordinating with our food and beverage team to elevate event offerings and support overall golf operations including special golf events and daily course setup.

The role demands exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks and high-pressure situations effectively. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential to efficiently oversee event planning and marketing efforts. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is required to accommodate event schedules and maximize the facility’s community offerings. • Event planning experience of at least 2 years

• Ability to work in person at the San Jose Municipal Golf Course
