You will be responsible for managing multiple departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and facilities, ensuring seamless coordination and high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hospitality, with demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency, managing budgets, and enhancing guest satisfaction. You will work closely with department heads to set performance goals, implement operational improvements, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff training and development, fostering a positive work environment, and resolving guest issues promptly and effectively. You will also play a crucial role in financial management, including budget preparation, revenue management strategies, and cost control initiatives. The ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions is essential. You will also be involved in capital expenditure planning and overseeing property maintenance and renovations to ensure the hotel remains a premier destination. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring excellence in guest service and operational efficiency. Manage and mentor department heads across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline workflows. Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue generation. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Lead recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives for hotel staff. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business and enhance brand reputation. Oversee property maintenance and coordinate capital improvement projects. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in luxury hospitality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 4 years in a management role within luxury properties. Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Strong financial acumen, including budget management and P&L responsibility. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and F&B. Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and related systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A passion for luxury service and a keen eye for detail. Eligibility to work in the United States.
