You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels. Strong understanding of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance. Excellent leadership, management, and team-building skills. Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite. Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
