Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Pune (Yerwada) Work From Office
Shift: US Shift (Monday to Friday)Experience: 2-5 Years
Notice Period: Immediate - 30 Days
Role Overview:- Lead sales efforts for assigned US-based luxury hotel clients- Acquire and activate new accounts while increasing business from existing ones- Manage CRM-based revenue pipeline and deliver on sales targets- Conduct regular strategy calls with hotel leadership teams- Drive incremental revenue and optimize ROI for partner properties- Coordinate with internal teams for sales enablement and reporting
Preferred Candidate Background:- Experience working with luxury hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Accor, Wyndham, etc.- Proven record of achieving sales targets in hospitality / revenue generation roles
Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing or related field- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills- Analytical and problem-solving mindset- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales analytics tools
