Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Duty Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences in our dynamic hospitality environment.
Lead and inspire the front office team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused atmosphere
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency across all departments
Manage guest relations, addressing concerns and enhancing overall satisfaction
Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless communication and operations
Monitor and optimize room rates, occupancy levels, and overbooking strategies to maximize revenue
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and motivation
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards
Handle emergency situations and make critical decisions when necessary
Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators
Continuously seek ways to improve guest experiences and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approach
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Proficiency in front desk operating systems (e.g., Opera) and understanding of GDS
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, assertive decisions
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Financial acumen for managing rates and overbooking strategies
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus

Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
