Secondary market real estate agent

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent – Ready Properties to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the sale and leasing of completed residential and commercial units, providing clients with expert guidance, and ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• List, market, and promote ready residential and commercial properties

• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors

• Negotiate sales and leasing terms to achieve successful deal closures

• Handle end-to-end transaction processes including documentation and agreements

• Coordinate with relevant authorities such as the Dubai Land Department for property transfers

• Assist clients with mortgage processes and liaise with banks when required

• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities

• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies

Requirements:

• Experience in Dubai real estate (ready/secondary market preferred)

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of RERA procedures and documentation (Forms A, B, F)

• Excellent communication and client management skills
