Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a Lead Generation & Portal Specialist to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through social media platforms and managing property listings across major real estate portals.

In
Manage and update property listings on portals like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
Create attractive property advertisements to generate inquiries
Monitor daily incoming leads and assign them to the sales team
Respond to leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Track and report lead generation performance
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaigns
Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and well-presented
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate lead generation or portal management (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of social media marketing and online lead generation
Familiarity with UAE property portals
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
