We are seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing team in Cupertino, CA. Key Responsibilities
Work with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process
Assist clients with property searches, showings, and open houses
Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders
Support offer preparation, negotiations, and transaction coordination
Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
Qualifications
Active California DRE Real Estate Salesperson License (not required but highly preferred)
No prior real estate sales experience required
Strong willingness to learn and accept coaching
High level of professionalism, accountability, and work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work full-time and commit to long-term career development
Interest in building a career in the Bay Area real estate market
