Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Realtor/Loan Officer based in San Francisco, CA, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves helping clients buy, sell, and manage both residential and commercial properties, guiding them through the loan process, and offering property value analyses and pre-approval letters. The candidate will also be responsible for building client relationships, staying informed on real estate market trends, and ensuring successful transactions through negotiations and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate regulations and practices

• Strong Real Estate expertise, including experience with sales, real property transactions, and market analysis

• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships

• Proven ability to succeed in Sales and negotiation in both residential and commercial real estate

• Knowledge of loan processes, property management practices, and investment strategies is a plus

• Outstanding communication skills; fluency in English required, fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred

• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
