A dominant role in sales with an obligation to spend 70% time in the field and 30% in the office, overseeing and coaching a squad of Outside Sales Representatives selling ADT's primary residential offerings: Home Security and Home Automation.

Role Description:
The Sales Manager will oversee the routine activities of a local Outside Sales unit.
Office Responsibilities:
Recruiting and hiring Outside Sales Representatives
Delegating and managing leads
Tracking and auditing sales
Conducting training, one-on-one coaching, facilitating team cluster meetings
Supporting your team by minimizing attrition, critical for overall success
Regular office hours: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Field Duties:
Maintaining or exceeding personal sales expectations
Spurring the team via phone and group chat interactions
Supervising new hires and struggling sales reps
Carrying out other tasks as requested by Regional Sales Management
Regular field hours: 2:30pm - 8:30pm
Specifications:
Minimum 3+ years in Outside Sales, supervisory experience is ideal
Capability to efficiently utilize technical devices like laptops, tablets, and other similar support tools
Inherent capability to influence and inspire others
Ability to travel within allotted territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle
Work Environment:
Daily office task requirement (30%)
Daily field duty requirement in all weather and climatic conditions (70%)
Periodic travel, as necessary
