Overview
We are hiring a high-performing In-Home Sales Representative to sell premium home improvement products to homeowners. This is an ideal role for a strong closer who thrives in a commission-based sales environment and wants to earn significant income.
Our sales reps run qualified company-provided appointments and are also encouraged to generate additional opportunities through referrals and prospecting.
If you are confident, persuasive, and skilled at closing high-ticket residential projects, this opportunity offers strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Run In-Home Sales Appointments
Conduct 5–6 qualified company-provided appointments per week
Meet homeowners and present solutions for their home improvement needs
Build trust, identify customer pain points, and close deals
Sell High-Ticket Home Improvement Projects
Products include:
Roofing
Impact Windows & Doors
Pools
Exterior Renovations
Other residential improvement solutions
Lead Generation
In addition to company appointments, reps are expected to generate opportunities through:
Referrals
Past clients
Door-to-door prospecting
Self-generated leads
Pipeline & CRM Management
Track opportunities in CRM
Follow up with prospects and pending deals
Present quotes, financing options, and proposals
Maintain a consistent sales pipeline

Compensation
This is a commission-based sales role designed for high performers.
Sales reps receive upfront payments ranging from approximately $500 up to 30% of the commission earned on each sale, depending on:
Product sold
Financing structure
Deal structure
