Sales Manager – Building Materials

A reputable group of companies is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager – Building Materials to lead sales operations, pricing, quotations, supplier coordination, and material supply management efficiently across projects and warehouse operations.

We are seeking a candidate with strong UAE market knowledge and a solid background in building materials trading/supply within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee sales operations, pricing, and material supply in line with project and operational requirements

• Prepare, review, and evaluate quotations, BOQs, and RFQs with accurate and competitive pricing

• Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and pricing analysis based on project requirements and current market rates

• Source and secure materials for projects and warehouse/store operations in a timely and organized manner

• Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms

• Monitor and control inventory, stock movement, and material flow to support smooth operations

• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and store/warehouse staff to ensure timely material availability

• Identify business opportunities and support the growth of the company’s building materials sales portfolio

• Ensure all pricing and supply activities are aligned with company targets, profitability, and market competitiveness

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in building materials sales, trading, or supply within the construction industry

• Proven experience in pricing, cost estimation, quotations, BOQ/RFQ preparation, and supplier negotiations

• Strong understanding of building materials, market pricing, and material specifications

• Established supplier network and strong market connections in the UAE

• Ability to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring quality and supply reliability

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills

• Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers

• Candidates must have relevant experience only in building materials / construction supply

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling both project supply and warehouse/store material management

• Familiarity with the UAE construction market and local supplier base

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
