About The Role
Manager, Residential Prime Sales & Leasing
From luxury landed homes and good class bungalows to exclusive new condominiums, off-plan developments and penthouses, Knight Frank offers some of the most desirable residential properties in Singapore, and internationally.
Helping property owners, buyers and vendors, purchase, sell and lease the finest residential properties across Singapore for over 80 years, we are experts in the Prime and Super Prime segment of Singapore’s residential market.

Responsibilities
Marketing of prime residential properties for the purposes of sale and/or lease
Pitch for new marketing appointments
Update landlord/vendor of marketing activities
Provide clients with periodic market updates and excellent service
Independently develop a network of clients and referral partners
Attend industry or corporate events and network effectively
Be an ambassador of the Knight Frank brand
Be able to cold call and other forms of business development initiatives
Requirements
Qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
Degree/Diploma in Business/Real Estate or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar industry
Excellent communicator and presentation skills
Is a people person and enjoys interacting with others on a regular basis
To work well within a team, but still be able to work independently and be self-motivated
To work over weekends when required
