Role Overview

The Assistant Acquisition Manager will support the acquisition function by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high-potential property listings. The role requires consistent field activity, market intelligence gathering, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a steady flow of quality inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source new property opportunities through field visits, market mapping, and local network development
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with property owners, brokers, and channel partners
• Conduct preliminary evaluation of properties including pricing, location advantages, and market demand
• Assist in onboarding properties by collecting accurate details, documentation, and approvals
• Coordinate with the listing and sales teams to ensure timely activation of inventory
• Maintain structured records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM systems
• Track local market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks
• Support senior management in achieving monthly acquisition targets

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, acquisition, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with field responsibilities
• Good understanding of Bengaluru real estate market is preferred
