Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Management: Actively identify, pursue, and nurture new leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.Client Engagement & Showcasing: Conduct property site visits and viewings, providing detailed information and advice to prospective buyers.Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, sales prices, and payment plans to secure successful, win-win deals.Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, investors, and property owners to foster repeat business.Market Analysis: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and property values.
Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and manage the lead pipeline in CRM tools.
Assist with the necessary documentation and paperwork for smooth transactions.Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, business development, or a similar high-stakes sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver compelling presentations.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to handle objections and close deals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proactive, resilient, and results-driven with a customer-service mindset.
Flexibility for on-field work and often requires owning a vehicle.Common Performance Targets
