JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic Offline Marketing Executive to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities to promote real estate projects, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute ATL campaigns (print, radio, hoardings, billboards)

• Handle BTL activities (events, kiosks, roadshows, pamphlets)

• Manage site branding and project promotions

• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and channel partners

• Generate leads and support sales team

• Track campaign performance and ROI

Required Skills

• Graduate with 2–3 years of offline marketing experience

• Knowledge of ATL & BTL marketing

• Strong communication & vendor management skills

• Willing to travel in and out of coimbatore

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree must

• 2+ years of experience in real estate
