Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Specialist to market, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property inspections, negotiating deals, and closing sales while delivering excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels
Market properties via site inspections, online listings, and promotional campaigns
Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants
Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable property options
Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms of sale or lease
Prepare and follow up on offers, contracts, and documentation
Maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep accurate records of leads, transactions, and client interactions
Stay informed on property market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications
HND/BSc in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in real estate sales or property marketing (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
Good knowledge of local property markets and locations
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
