Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on our fleet of aircraft to ensure their safe and reliable operation.
Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft, identifying and diagnosing any potential issues or areas in need of repair.
Conduct repairs and replacements of aircraft parts, components, and systems as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others while working on aircraft.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance work performed.
Communicate effectively with other members of the maintenance team to coordinate tasks and troubleshoot any issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to aircraft maintenance.
Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks.
Monitor and report any potential aircraft maintenance concerns to superiors.
Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
Continuously strive to improve and optimize maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Train and mentor new mechanics as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
