Our client, a premier name in the aviation industry, is actively searching for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician to oversee critical maintenance operations at their state-of-the-art facility in Denver, Colorado. This leadership position requires extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, repair procedures, and regulatory compliance. The Lead Technician will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness and operational readiness of a diverse fleet, adhering to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include directing and mentoring a team of aircraft mechanics, assigning tasks, and monitoring work quality. You will perform complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on various aircraft components and systems, including engines, hydraulics, avionics, and airframes. The Lead Technician will interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings to execute maintenance and modification tasks accurately.

Furthermore, you will be instrumental in maintaining detailed maintenance records, managing parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. This role involves significant hands-on work, as well as administrative duties related to team management and operational oversight. Essential qualifications include an Associate's degree in Aviation Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role, is required. An FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license is mandatory. Strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with diagnostic equipment, and excellent leadership and communication abilities are crucial.
