Construction Inspector CM Services

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction inspection experience in crafts or trades, including at least two (2) years of hands-on experience in a related construction craft.

• Successful completion of a state-certified apprenticeship program in a related construction craft; or an equivalent combination of vocational/specialized training and additional relevant experience.

• Computer literacy required, with competency in word processing software.

• Must hold a valid driver?s license and maintain a clean driving record.

• OSHA 30 Certification (required)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Horizontal Boring / Directional Boring

• DOT Roadway / Bridge Construction Inspection

• Trenching and Shoring

• Soil Sampling and Testing

• Earthen Dam Construction

• Soil Compaction Techniques

• Protective Coatings Application and Inspection

• Ability to Read and Interpret Technical Drawings and Specifications
