Inspectors Civil & MEP

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for Inspector roles (Civil & MEP) for upcoming infrastructure projects in Riyadh, KSA. These roles will support large-scale infrastructure development projects and ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.

Disciplines include:

Civil Inspectors (Architectural, Structural, General Civil) MEP Inspectors (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Key Responsibilities: Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards Monitor construction activities and report progress, quality, and safety issues Ensure contractor adherence to approved method statements and QA/QC procedures Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and stakeholders Review material submittals and inspection requests Identify non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions Maintain accurate inspection records and reports Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in relevant Engineering discipline Minimum 5 10 years of experience in construction supervision/inspection Strong experience in infrastructure projects Experience in Civil (Arch/Structural/Civil) or MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) disciplines Familiarity with QA/QC processes and international standards GCC/KSA experience preferred
