For our office in Riyadh, we are looking for

Site Inspectors (Civil / Structural / Quality) - 100% (m/f)

We are seeking experienced Site Inspectors to support construction supervision activities on major infrastructure and urban development projects in Riyadh. Candidates may be assigned as Civil Inspector, Structural Inspector, or Quality Inspector depending on background and project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections to verify works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.

• Monitor workmanship, materials, and construction activities; identify non-conformances and support NCR/CAR issuance and close-out.

• Witness and record inspections/tests (e.g., concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, asphalt, compaction, material deliveries).

• Coordinate with Contractor / Subcontractors and report progress, issues, and risks to the supervision team.

• Review site documentation (checklists, inspection requests, test reports, delivery notes) and maintain accurate records.

• Support punch listing, snagging, and handover readiness activities.

• Ensure HSE and site access requirements are respected during all inspection activities.

• Prepare daily/weekly inspection reports and provide clear photo documentation where required.

• Earthworks, grading, subgrade/subbase, pavements/asphalt, kerbs, concrete works, drainage, utilities corridors.

• Reinforcement, formwork, concreting, precast/steel elements, structural connections, bearings/joints (as applicable), structural repairs.

• Quality compliance monitoring, ITP tracking, inspection/test coordination, documentation control, NCR trending and close-out support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant site inspection experience (infrastructure/roads/bridges/tunnels/ utility division).

• Good understanding of QA/QC processes, ITPs, inspection checklists, and construction quality documentation.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.

• Strong reporting skills (daily logs, checklists, NCR support).

• Working proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Available to work in Riyadh, KSA (mobility/transfer readiness).
