ROLE SUMMARY
The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and operating enterprise‑grade AI and Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on taking models from experimentation to production, including LLM training and fine‑tuning, MLOps pipelines, agentic workflows, document AI (OCR), and cloud‑deployed AI applications. Strong software engineering and hands‑on production experience are essential.
ROLE PROFILE

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of production AI and Generative AI solutions, from design to deployment

• Build, train and fine‑tune LLMs, including evaluation, optimization, and lifecycle management

• Develop agentic workflows and AI‑driven automation for enterprise use cases

• Deliver Document AI and OCR solutions for finance, legal, and contract processing

• Engineer scalable AI applications using strong software engineering practices and APIs

• Implement MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, monitoring, versioning, and retraining

• Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms (primarily Azure) with security and governance

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate real‑world problems into AI solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven exposure to production AI systems

• Demonstrated experience in training and fine‑tuning LLMs (e.g., LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT), not limited to prompt engineering

• Strong software engineering foundation, including Python, APIs, microservices, and production‑grade coding practices

• Experience delivering AI solutions to production, including deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management (MLOps)

• Practical exposure to document AI / OCR, agentic workflows, or enterprise automation use cases

• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure; AWS/GCP acceptable) and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)
