We’re supporting a major enterprise AI transformation project and are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong experience across both Machine Learning and Generative AI.

You’ll be working on AI-powered HR and Learning platforms, building recommendation engines, workforce analytics, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered assistants.

What you’ll be doing

• Building ML models for scoring, recommendations, and workforce analytics

• Developing RAG pipelines and AI assistant capabilities

• Integrating Azure OpenAI / GPT models into enterprise workflows

• Working on multilingual Arabic/English AI use cases

• Building explainability and evaluation frameworks

• Deploying AI services using FastAPI and containerized environments

What we’re looking for

• Strong Python ML engineering experience

• Experience with scikit-learn, Pandas, Num

Py, XGBoost

• Hands-on RAG and LLM integration experience

• Lang

Chain or similar framework experience

• Vector database exposure (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.)

• FastAPI and PostgreSQL experience

• Docker and Git-based development experience

Nice to have

• Azure AI Services exposure

• LMS or Learning Analytics experience

• Arabic/English AI pipeline experience

• ML observability tooling experience

• Government or enterprise transformation experience
