Strategic Retail Partners
Position Summary
The Senior AI Enablement Lead is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving the adoption, integration, and optimization of AI productivity tools — including Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging platforms — across the organization. This role leads the AI Enablement Team, reporting directly to the CIO, and serves as the primary bridge between available AI capabilities and day-to-day operational needs across all departments.
This position is distinct from the Information Systems (IS) development group, which focuses on ML/AI integration into core systems for high-ROI enterprise objectives. The Senior AI Enablement Lead instead focuses on measurable operational efficiency gains through practical, end-user-facing AI tooling, automation, and workflow enhancement — without requiring deep software engineering expertise from end users.
