Senior AI Research Scientist - Natural Language Processing

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior AI Research Scientist with a specialization in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our dedicated research team. This role is instrumental in advancing the state-of-the-art in NLP technologies, developing novel algorithms, and contributing to groundbreaking AI applications. You will lead research initiatives, mentor junior scientists, and publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing, focusing on areas such as machine translation, text generation, sentiment analysis, and information extraction. Design, implement, and evaluate novel NLP models and algorithms using deep learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor

Torch). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP models into product features and research prototypes. Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in AI, machine learning, and NLP research. Publish research findings in leading academic conferences (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS) and journals. Mentor and guide junior research scientists and engineers, fostering a collaborative research environment. Develop and maintain high-quality code for research experiments and model implementations. Contribute to the intellectual property strategy of the organization through patent applications. Present research results to technical and non-technical audiences, including internal stakeholders and external partners. Identify and explore new research directions and opportunities for innovation in NLP. Ensure ethical considerations and responsible AI practices are integrated into research methodologies.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, or a related field with a strong research record in NLP. 5+ years of hands-on research experience in Natural Language Processing, with a proven track record of significant contributions.
