Systems & AI Development Lead

Summary:
We’re looking for a highly capable, hands-on individual to take ownership of our internal systems, AI integration, and software development. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and innovation — helping us build, manage, and scale the tools that run the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise internal company systems and workflows

• Develop and maintain custom applications and tools

• Lead AI integration across design, operations, and business processes

• Write, manage, and improve codebases (automation, tools, platforms)

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology

• Troubleshoot and maintain system performance and security

Requirements:

• Strong coding and software development capability

• Experience with AI tools, APIs, and automation workflows

• Ability to think strategically and implement practically

• Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms

• Self-driven, problem solver, and highly accountable
