About the Role

O3 Consultancy is building a dedicated AI capability and is hiring an AI Integration Manager to lead it from the front. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for an engineer who can design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic systems for our clients - including family offices, ultra-high-net-worth principals, and enterprise customers across the UAE.

This is not an exploratory or research-only position. We are looking for a builder with a track record of putting AI workflows into production environments where reliability, security, and discretion are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems using planner-executor and supervisor patterns, Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool-use, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.

• Develop prompt engineering as a structured discipline - versioned, evaluated, and regression-tested against defined quality metrics.

• Identify high-leverage manual workflows across O3 and client operations, and re-engineer them as AI-augmented or fully automated pipelines.

• Build evaluation harnesses, observability tooling, and cost / latency tuning for all production AI assets.

• Contribute to the development of O3's proprietary multi-model AI orchestration platform, including ingestion, retrieval, agent runtime, and governance layers.

• Deliver client-facing AI solutions end-to-end: requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, and handover.

• Report directly to the Chairman and General Manager, with a green-field mandate to define and build O3's AI capability.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable hands-on experience deploying production AI workflows using Claude (Anthropic) and at least one other frontier model (such as GPT, Gemini, or open-weights models).

• Strong command of prompt engineering as a discipline, with portfolio or case studies you can walk through.

• Practical experience with agent frameworks and orchestration patterns (Claude Agent SDK, MCP, Lang

Graph, CrewAI, Auto

Gen, or custom orchestrators), and a clear point of view on when to use which.

• Solid software engineering foundation in Python and/or Type

Script, version control with Git, REST APIs, JSON, and clean code practices.

• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector stores, embeddings, and evaluation methodologies.

• Comfort with observability and evaluation: logging traces, building eval sets, measuring regressions, and iterating against metrics.

• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to produce client-grade documentation.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant technology experience, of which at least 1 year is focused on LLMs or agentic systems in a production or near-production setting.

• Professional discretion - our clients expect it without exception.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI solutions for family offices, private wealth, financial services, or other discretion-sensitive industries.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and common SaaS APIs used in professional services.

• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR / UAE PDPL).

• Existing UAE residency or ability to start on-site in Dubai immediately.

Engagement Structure

This role is offered initially as a 3-month probationary engagement, full-time and on-site in Dubai, with the explicit intent to convert to a permanent full-time position upon successful completion. Conversion is subject to a structured assessment against agreed 30 / 60 / 90-day deliverables, quality of work, and behavioural and cultural fit with O3 and its client base.

Pay: AED100.00 - AED150.00 per hour
