As part of our Consulting team, you will collaborate with C-suite executives, leaders, and boards from prominent organizations to transform various facets of their enterprises. You will drive growth, enhance competitive positioning, implement operational efficiencies, reduce costs, deliver sustainable stakeholder value, and set new performance standards within their industries. Our industry and functional expertise, paired with proprietary tools and solutions, enables organizations to transform swiftly and effectively.

Our AI and Data Strategy consultants are pivotal in shaping and executing strategies for AI and Data transformation within organizations. This includes defining compelling visions, creating value models, outlining talent strategies, forming ecosystem partnerships, and envisioning cutting-edge business and technology frameworks.

As an AI & Data Strategy Consultant, you will:

• Shape Vision: Define and create opportunities for business reinvention driven by AI and data.

• Build Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for integrating AI and data across business processes.

• Define Strategy: Craft and structure comprehensive AI and data strategies to enhance data assets and secure competitive advantages.

• Assess Maturity: Evaluate the current state of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating models, and data foundation.

• Establish Building Blocks: Identify essential components for transitioning to an AI-centric organization, including technology frameworks and operational models.

• Create Roadmaps: Develop business cases, investment profiles, and strategic roadmaps aimed at delivering comprehensive strategies.

• Emphasize Responsible AI: Incorporate Responsible AI principles in your plans and foster a culture of innovation.

• Operationalize Solutions: Identify the necessary people, processes, and technologies to realize AI solutions.

• Commercialization Strategy: Develop strategies for AI-driven products and explore commercialization opportunities.

You may be required to travel up to 80% of the time based on client needs.

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in AI and Data Strategy, including expertise in areas such as Enterprise Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, and leading tech-driven transformations.

• A minimum of 4 years in high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting roles.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.

• A minimum of 4 years of large-scale delivery experience.

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree in a relevant field

Professional Skill Requirement:

• Excellent program management and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Driven and entrepreneurial mindset: ability to lead in client conversations and originate proposals.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills: proven capability to build effective teams and promote a collaborative environment.

• Experience in introducing innovative concepts to projects.

Compensation at Accenture is influenced by various factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience level. The pay range varies based on local laws and market conditions. Here are some anticipated salary ranges:

• California: $70,350 to $205,800

• Cleveland: $59,100 to $164,600

• Colorado: $63,800 to $177,800

• District of Columbia: $68,000 to $189,300

• Illinois: $59,100 to $177,800

• Maryland: $63,800 to $177,800

• Massachusetts: $63,800 to $189,300

• Minnesota: $63,800 to $177,800

• New York: $66,300 to $205,800

• New Jersey: $68,000 to $205,800

• Washington: $80,200 to $189,300
