You will undergo an intensive, direct apprenticeship under our CTO (formerly BCG Strategy Consultant, Lazada EVP, and Chief Data & AI Officer at Picnic and Lepaya). This is a structured investment in your transition from traditional strategy to AI leadership and extracting maximum performance from LLMs.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo a rigorous CTO-led training program to master LLM fine-tuning and the mechanics of AI comprehension.

• Lead highly iterative processes to refine AI logic, working independently to test hypotheses and navigate trial-and-improvement cycles.

• Apply consulting rigour to build "golden datasets" that train our AI to mirror the high-stakes reasoning of a Tier-1 Partner.

• Develop the definitive industry benchmark for AI performance on complex consulting materials.

• Collaborate side-by-side with the founders to translate research breakthroughs into core product features.

Requirements & Eligibility

This position is supported by the Career Conversion Programme (CCP). To facilitate a successful career pivot, candidates should meet the following:

• 15+ years of total work experience.

• 3+ years in Management Consulting (ex-MBB highly preferred).

• Experience with Python is required to facilitate your technical reskilling in data manipulation and scripting.

• In line with CCP guidelines, candidates must not have prior professional experience in AI research or development.

• This role is suitable for senior, experienced professionals who can drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
