Role Overview

Geolah is seeking a highly skilled Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist to lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. This role focuses on Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic AI systems, with a strong emphasis on production readiness and measurable business impact.

You will operate in a hybrid capacity, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders to translate real-world challenges into scalable, high-impact AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities

AI Design & Development

• Strategize, design, build, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models, including LLMs, computer vision, and predictive analytics solutions

• Develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable AI architectures for production environments

Agentic AI Systems

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks

• Integrate agent-based workflows into core business operations

AI Engineering & MLOps

• Build, deploy, and maintain MLOps and LLMOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring

• Automate workflows to enhance model performance, scalability, and reliability

Production Deployment

• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)

• Utilize containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes to enable scalable deployments

Stakeholder Management & Strategy

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to business stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions and identify high-impact use cases

• Drive AI adoption and innovation across the organization

Responsible AI & Governance

• Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and compliant with data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA)

• Establish best practices for model governance, fairness, and robustness

Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists

• Promote best practices in AI engineering, coding standards, and system design

Core Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience delivering AI solutions from concept to POC

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred for specialized roles)

• Strong programming expertise in Python

• Proven experience with ML frameworks such as Py

Torch, Tensor

Flow, or Hugging Face

• Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Sage

Maker, Azure Machine Learning)

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API development

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Lang

Gen, CrewAI)

• Domain expertise in financial services, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain systems

Industry Experience (Required/Preferred)

• Ride-hailing and mobility platforms
