Entrepreneurship Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced entrepreneurship educators and business experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on startups, innovation, and business planning. Your real-world knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and communicates entrepreneurial concepts — making a meaningful impact on tools used by the next generation of founders.

• Location: Remote

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review startup and entrepreneurship scenarios used in AI training datasets

• Assess the quality and realism of business models, assumptions, and go-to-market strategies

• Identify flawed reasoning, unrealistic projections, or oversimplified advice

• Provide structured, practical feedback to improve AI output quality and relevance

• Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or business planning

• Strong understanding of early-stage business models and startup decision-making

• Ability to critically evaluate written business plans, pitch decks, and growth strategies

• Comfortable providing clear, applied, real-world feedback in written form

• Self-motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• MBA or entrepreneurship-focused graduate degree

• Experience as a founder, startup advisor, or venture mentor

• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
