Data Scientist – Marketing Analytics

Job Overview
We are seeking a Data Scientist to analyze campaign performance, optimize marketing strategies, and build data-driven insights for our movie marketing platform.
This role will focus on booking analytics, campaign performance tracking, audience insights, and ROI optimization, helping the company make smarter decisions across digital and offline marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Insights
Analyze campaign performance across digital and offline channels
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from marketing data
Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
Booking and Campaign Analytics
Analyze booking data across districts and platforms
Identify high-performing locations, channels, and campaign types
Forecast demand and optimize resource allocation
Performance Measurement
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
Build performance dashboards for internal teams
Evaluate effectiveness of influencer campaigns and ad spends
Predictive Modeling
Develop models for:
Campaign performance prediction
Audience targeting
Demand forecasting
Support decision-making with data-driven projections
Data Management
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources:
CRM systems
Ad platforms (Meta, Google)
Field reports
Ensure data accuracy and consistency
Collaboration
Work closely with:
Marketing team (for campaign optimization)
Operations team (for ground-level insights)
Tech team (for data integration and tools)
Reporting
Prepare regular reports for leadership and clients
Present insights in a clear and actionable format
Translate complex data into simple business recommendations
Requirements
Education
Experience
1–2 years of experience in data analysis or data science
Experience in marketing analytics or business analytics is preferred
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Strong proficiency in Python or R
Experience with SQL and database management
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Experience with Excel and data manipulation
Understanding of statistics and predictive modeling
Familiarity with machine learning basics
Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing analytics and campaign data
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads data, and attribution models
Experience working with large datasets and real-time data
Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation
