What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle MIS reporting for various subfunctions within the supply chain: Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, Order Processing and Fulfillment.

• Handle reporting for daily / weekly and monthly sync ups

• Analyze the data to identify trends and areas for improvement across the following parameters - Cost, Speed, Reliability

• Work with cross-functional leads to track the progress and impact of improvement initiatives

• Increase the automation level in the reporting process

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational qualification - MBA (Preferred) or any degree in analytical field

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role preferably in a startup environment

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) is a plus

• Strong understanding of business metrics and performance measurement

• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills to convey data-driven insights.
