📍 Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC | Hybrid

We’re looking for a data-driven Supply Chain Analytics Specialist to join a high-impact analytics team supporting global operations. This role sits at the heart of the Integrated Supply Chain, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive efficiency, performance, and strategic decision-making.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Quality, Procurement, Planning, Engineering, and Customer Operations—playing a key role in shaping how data informs business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain operational metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across functions

  • Support leadership reporting, including monthly performance insights and quarterly operational reviews

  • Build dashboards and data visualisations to guide strategic decision-making

  • Design and improve analytics processes to drive operational efficiency across global teams

  • Validate and review analytics outputs before distribution to stakeholders

  • Prepare high-impact presentations for senior leadership and cross-functional audiences

  • Collaborate with global teams to standardise reporting and analytics frameworks

What You Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, or dashboard development

  • Strong SQL and ETL experience (e.g., SSIS, Alteryx, DataIQ)

  • Advanced Excel and Power

Point skills

  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments

  • Familiarity with SAP (Planning/Procurement modules)

  • Experience with Python or R

  • Exposure to advanced analytics (predictive modelling, machine learning)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
