The Opportunity
This is a true market-building role. We are looking for someone established in the food service industry. You will own and drive Yarzin-Sella’s expansion in the US from first conversation to long-term client partnerships — while shaping how we compete and win in one of the most competitive markets in the world.
At the same time, you will define and lead a global business development strategy, working with partners across EMEA and APAC to unlock international growth opportunities. This is for someone who knows how to create demand, outmaneuver large competitors, and close complex enterprise deals.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive the end-to-end business development strategy for the US, with full accountability for pipeline creation and revenue growth
Shape and lead a global BD strategy across EMEA and APAC, driving alignment and execution with regional partners
Build, develop, and convert a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts, strategic partnerships, and executive relationships
Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise clients across industries and market segments
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end, including full ownership of RFP processes, deal strategy, and positioning
Build and activate strategic partnerships (e.g., workplace and hospitality consultancies) to accelerate market access and deal flow
Establish trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (Workplace, Real Estate, Facilities, HR, Procurement)
Represent Yarzin-Sella in the market, through direct engagement, industry presence, and strategic positioning
Partner with global leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and competitive positioning
Lay the foundation for a scalable US business development function

What We’re Looking For
8–10 years of experience in enterprise business development or sales
Proven track record of winning high-value, complex deals (multi-year, multi-stakeholder, competitive environments)
A true hunter mindset, with the ability to build pipeline from zero and convert it into revenue
Established network with senior stakeholders within workplace amenities clients.
Experience in workplace hospitality, food services.
Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L, pricing models, deal structuring)
Experience building and leveraging strategic partnerships
Comfortable operating in a lean, high-ownership environment
Strong executive presence and communication skills

Compensation
The salary range offered to this role stands between $135,000 - $150,000 + performance-driven commission + benefits
Compensation will reflect experience, network, and impact potential
