FMCG Field Merchandiser [Almarai UAE]

Almarai UAE is seeking fast and energetic Field Merchandisers to manage dairy and juice displays across various Dubai hypermarkets. You will ensure our products always have the best shelf space and zero expired items.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle to 4-5 assigned hypermarkets daily to check stock levels.
• Refill front shelves from the backstore using strict FEFO (First Expire, First Out) rules to prevent food spoilage.
• Build creative promotional displays during Ramadan and National Day to increase daily sales.
• Take photos of your finished shelves and upload them to the daily tracking software before leaving the store.

Mandatory Requirements

• Qualifications: High school diploma with strong communication skills to handle tough store managers.
• Experience: At least 2 years of FMCG food merchandising experience in the UAE market.
• Papers: Must hold a valid UAE driving license and a clear transferable visa.
