What you’ll do· Develop and execute a private label sales plan for RTE popcorn across UAE and GCC.· Identify and win private label business with retailers, cinemas, entertainment venues, horeca distributors, and QSRs.· Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, and volume commitments.· Coordinate internally with production, QA, supply chain, and finance to deliver on‑time launches.· Manage private label projects end‑to‑end: briefs, specs, packaging formats, artwork, approvals, and first orders.· Grow existing accounts through new SKUs, flavors, and formats, and cross‑sell into other snack categories.· Track performance, pipeline, and market activity, and report regularly to management.
What you bring· 5–8+ years’ FMCG sales experience, including 3+ years in private label / contract manufacturing or key account management in food and beverage. · Strong track record selling to modern trade and/or major horeca distributors in UAE or GCC. · Existing relationships with retail buyers or food service procurement is a strong plus.· Solid commercial skills: comfortable with margins, pricing, and building profitable proposals.· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.[6][7]· Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast‑growing environment.· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.· Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
