Role Description

This is an on-site part-time role based in Dubai for a Retail Sales Manager. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and implement sales strategies to achieve performance targets. Responsibilities include training and mentoring sales staff, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, addressing customer needs, maintaining inventory, and monitoring sales metrics.

The role requires strong leadership skills to foster a customer-focused and results-driven team environment.

• Proven expertise in Retail Sales and Sales strategy
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Experience and enhancing client satisfaction
• Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Proficiency in using sales software and handling inventory systems is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is preferred
