Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to support senior management with daily administrative, coordination, and office operations activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate meeting follow-ups and track action items with the sales team.
- Support day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience in office administration, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
