About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a large-scale hiring project for a leading hospitality group in Dubai.
This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery across multiple operational departments, ensuring the successful attraction, assessment, and hiring of high-calibre talent across hospitality, F&B, guest services, retail, and front-of-house functions.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, managing recruitment delivery at scale while building talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth.
This is a long-term, annually renewable contract opportunity with potential for future internal opportunities based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee high-volume recruitment campaigns across hospitality operations, including F&B, culinary, room service, guest relations, concierge, front office, retail, and customer-facing functions.
- Partner with senior business leaders and department heads to develop workforce plans and recruitment strategies aligned to operational requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent mapping, networking, and direct sourcing activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to support future hiring requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, reporting, and workforce analytics to drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery against hiring targets.
- Lead recruitment planning for large-scale hiring initiatives, seasonal demand, and business expansion projects.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, governance standards, and employer branding guidelines.
- Act as a key escalation point for hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment partners throughout the hiring process.
- Support and mentor recruiters within the project team, driving best practice and recruitment excellence.
Key Requirements
- Essential6–10+ years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience within the UAE or GCC region.
- Proven experience managing large-scale recruitment projects within hospitality, hotels, F&B, retail, aviation, customer service, or other high-volume operational environments.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment technologies.
- Experience managing recruitment delivery against aggressive hiring targets and timelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Desirable
- Previous experience leading recruitment teams or managing recruiters within a project environment.
- Experience supporting hotel openings, hospitality launches, or large-scale workforce mobilisation projects.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics, reporting, and workforce planning methodologies.
