Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing methods.

Partner closely with leadership teams to drive hiring strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.

Manage recruitment analytics, ATS systems, hiring KPIs, and recruitment operations in a fast-paced growth environment

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 6 years of experience related to Recruitment
Must be highly organized, energetic, proactive, smart, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
With proven background in high-volume and strategic hiring and must have experience in recruitment tools and portals (using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms)
