We are looking for a driven BD & Sales Manager to enroll clinic partners and practitioners and grow our ecosystem in Dubai and across the region.
Role Description
This is a contract position for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager, working in a hybrid capacity located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and onboard clinics, dermatologists, cosmetologists and aesthetic practitioners on the platform.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of clinic and practitioner partnerships.
- Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations to close partnerships.
- Understand clinic offerings, treatments, pricing and positioning to create win-win partnerships.
- Educate and onboard practitioners on the platform, tools and growth opportunities.
- Maintain CRM, reports and partnership pipelines with accurate follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive clinic growth and retention.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in BD / Sales in clinics. dermatology. cosmetology or aesthetics industry.
- Strong network of clinics, practitioners and industry stakeholders in UAE (preferred).
- Good understanding of modern skin treatments, peptides, injectables, Botox, fillers, lasers and aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English. Arabic / Farsi (Persian) is preferred.
