We’re hiring a high-performing Agency Sales Manager to lead, develop, and drive results within a fast-paced digital creator agency. You’ll be managing a team of high-volume sales and chat agents who operate remotely on behalf of top-tier creators.
Your mission: motivate the team, ensure KPIs are smashed, build a positive performance-driven culture , and keep sales processes tight and efficient. This is a high-impact leadership position where communication, adaptability, and accountability are key.
Lead and oversee a team of 10–30+ remote sales/chat agents Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are consistently met or exceeded Monitor agent performance using dashboards and analytics tools Deliver feedback, host regular check-ins, and manage performance improvement plans Support recruitment and training of new agents in collaboration with HR/training leads Drive a culture of accountability, motivation, and recognition within the team Report directly to the senior leadership team with performance summaries and insights Identify bottlenecks in communication, productivity, or conversion rates — and fix them Proven experience managing high-output teams (ideally in sales, creator, or agency environments) Deep understanding of KPIs, team motivation, coaching, and remote management Strong communication and leadership skills — both empathetic and results-oriented Experience in a creator-focused or online entertainment/marketing environment is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting Strong organisational and time-management abilities What’s in It for You: Competitive salary + commission-based incentives Fully remote work with flexible hours (but high accountability) Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling agency Collaborative and high-energy team environment Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time
