£40,000 - £50,000 Basic + Performance Bonus (OTE £80,000)

We are one of the UK's fastest growing automotive groups, operating Car Planet, Cardaddys and a growing portfolio of automotive technology platforms.

We're looking for a hands on PPC specialist to take ownership of Google Ads across our brands, managing over £100,000 per month in advertising spend.

This role is focused on real business outcomes, not vanity metrics. We care about vehicle sales, finance applications, vehicle purchases and revenue generated.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Car Planet, Cardaddys and our future B2B software platforms
• Drive vehicle sales, vehicle buying leads, finance applications and SaaS enquiries
• Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with our in house developers, commercial teams and senior management
• Support Meta, Snapchat and other paid media channels where appropriate

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on Google Ads experience
• Proven experience managing significant PPC budgets
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• UK market experience essential

Highly Desirable

• Automotive industry experience
• Car finance brokerage experience
• Experience managing £100k+ monthly ad budgets
• Meta Ads experience
• B2B lead generation experience

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the platforms every day, testing, optimising and driving measurable growth.
